Our Process

Nicanola handles all processing of coffee from start to finish –unlike most small producers who sell their ripened coffee cherries to large coops who then sell to large mills for export.

We Handle It All

What makes us unique is that we handle all processing of our coffee from seedlings in our nurseries, harvesting, wet-milling, fermenting, drying, dry milling and bagging all in house. We believe that by controlling the entire process, we can guarantee the best tasting coffee!

We can offer special fermentations upon request using only the best growing practices in our small 20 hectare microlot farm. We've also established a co-op working with other small producers in the canta gallo region to be able to provide 1 to 4 container loads of coffee.
